We're thrilled to introduce you to our new VidyoCloud Self-Service Portal.
To access the VidyoCloud Self-Service Portal, go to support.vidyocloud.com and then click either ‘SUBMIT A TICKET’ or ‘MY ACTIVITIES’, both of which you'll find at the top of the page.
- You must be a registered user and you must sign in to access the new features – by now you should have received your activation link.
- Activation emails will be coming any moment from our single sign on provider – OKTA.
- Please note that another method to submit a ticket is to simply email email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org for API direct items - be mindful that cc’ing email@example.com will generate a new ticket.
- Existing tickets in this service portal will remain until they complete their lifecycle and your access is still in place to view
